Shuriken and Pleats, Vol. 1 (1)

A must have to my manga collection. Already hooked and can’t wait for more. Matsuri Hino never disappoints. Looking forward to the next volume.

I was so sad after the series Vampire Knight ended because i LOVE Matsuri Hino's work. This first manga is already so strong and good of a story. I downloaded a sample and i was hook, lined, sunk within minutes. As soon as i was done reading the sample i bought the manga and made sure i paid for express shipping so i could get it in my hands right away!

Love this new character. I don't think I've ever seen so interesting a female character in manga. She's not falling in love at the drop of a feather for a pretty face. She has her goals and is learning to grow beyond her early education. I'm checking back frequently for the 2nd volume!

I love the manga. Has a good story, I love the art. It reminds me of Vampire Knight :).

It's "nice" ... I'd rank it at three and a half stars if I could. I've seen a lot of these tropes before, but its always fun to read them in a new setting. Long on the angst and short on the action but this is, it should be conceded, just the first volume.

Great drawing style just what I would expect. Story line looks exciting so far cannot wait for what might happen next

Fantastic story. Although, I'm really sad she didn't make this one longer than two volumes.
