1. Enough product to last you for awhile. You only need a little bit. 2. Smell is not bad at all 3. It does burn, but it really is tolerable. 4. Now will you sweat umm sweating is a understatement. (And i never really sweat, even when i do Crossfit) IJS Okay so i used it at least 3x with a lighter workout and I could feel a little something (This was with out the Saran wrap). I did this just to see how much i would sweat. Sweat was not alot. Then i did a workout with the saran wrap and i did sweat, but today people I put this on wrapped my waist in saran wrap and waist belt and went for a 30 min run. Now i forgot some of the reviews say you will be dripping sweat. i thought it was a joke. But no i took that saran wrap off and the amount of sweat that was dripping on the floor I was like yuck. And i felt that burn while i was running. Also what else is crazy I weighed myself before I left the house I was 155.4, and I weighed when i returned and I was 151.3. Now we know that was just water weight but hey it gave me a boost in my confidence to keep going and using this IJS. And yes I am a real person doing this review not paid. I will try to post a video so you can see.

Definitely works , helps you sweat 💦 with any sauna vest or tee shirt don't use a lot . Small amount goes along way.

impressive very good product 10 out of 10 👍Very good product, I've been looking for something like this for years, combined with the belt, it gives warmth to your belly.

This does not burning right away when you apply to your skin but it takes a few minutes so keep that in mind when applying use a small to moderate amount not a huge glob. You will regret that. But after I wrap my midsection with Saran Wrap lightly so that I can exercise without restraint. I'm done working out all I have to say is peeling this thing off im dripping on the floor with sweat. Which brings me to another point, after you have wrapped yourself with Saran Wrap , one layer, stuff a little tissue paper on your lower back trust me. You don't want sweat rolling down your butt crack LOL. The only thing I don't like about this product is the price it's a bit High but so are all Fitness Products. Also keep in mind to wash your hands right away after applying the Saran Wrap. And wants your address all the way wash your hands again! This cream Burns anything it comes in contact with if you have open cuts on your stomach or anywhere you apply you are going to feel it for hours. I only use it on my midsection I'm okay. But if you happen to rub your eyes with this stuff on your fingers I Can Only Imagine the desperate situation you would be in to calm the Heat. Also I only put this on when I get on the treadmill knowing that my body will be up right the whole time at exercise. I tried working out with this doing sit ups push ups other exercises and it was a mess. If you are up right most of your exercise this is great. You could even put this on and walk around the house cleaning and you'll feel it and you'll swear I've done this. But if you're going to bend your body and anyway using this on your midsection beware if you're using Saran wrap it will move around and you will be uncomfortable. If you don't use Saran wrap, your clothes will be soaked and you will have to wash them maybe twice to get the capsaicin out of cloth. Remember wash wash wash your hands! The product works as described but you will feel the burn and you will be wet so keep that in mind when slowly taking off the Saran Wrap. Or if you're debating on whether or not to use Saran wrap around your midsection. This will go through your clothes. So wear clothes that you don't care about. I love this product because it gives you an intense sweat and the heat provide some relief to lower back pain. But I've had to make some modifications on how are uses so that I'm comfortable. Try for yourself and see what's the worst that can happen you just return it.
