Two of my most favorite cocktails are the Manhattan and the Brandy Alexander. These coupe glasses are perfect for my indulgence. The glass is delicate and seemingly fragile but holds up well — just handle with due care, especially when washing. I see no imperfections in the pair I received and they're perfectly clear and distortion free. The stem and base are sturdy. They sing too with a sweet crystal voice. The coupe feels great in my hand, better than the martini glasses I was using as this is shorter and feels easier to swirl. I like that the rim is slightly tapered. It has a deceptively deep bowl. It's not as petite as a Nick and Nora glass but I certainly find it interchangeable as they have a similar appeal. I love the clean lines with art deco influence. Simple. Stylish. Five stars.

One glass was shattered on arrival.

I selected these coupes because of their size and classy look. For normal sized cocktails, these glasses allow a little head-space for motion...to prevent spilling when walking around. And they offer a little flexibility if you want a slightly larger drink. The glasses have an extremely slight amount of maroon-ish tint. You have to hold them against a white background to notice. It's not enough tint to warrant returning them, but I thought I'd point it out. Honestly, most folks wont even notice. As others have said, the glasses are very thin, so durability might be an issue down the road. All in all, I think they are great glasses and I'm considering getting two more sets.
