It's the tiniest cook book ever made , no clear instructions. It's like someone copy and pasted a conversation onto pages and made it into a book.I highly advise against buying this if you're looking for a book with instructions. I bought it as a gift for someone and I'm embarrassed to give it to them. -100/10

There is no actual recipe which was a bit disappointing. But the book is full of lots of good ideas as far as ingredients. So it’s up to you to be creative.

A very bizarre "cookbook". This book contains no recipes, I repeat, no recipes at all very very bizarre, just someone talking about bits and pieces around his kitchen and how he makes them into veggie burgers. This should be on the listing, and be made very clear, I will be returning this book.
