I decided to get a NuStep after using one in Physical Therapy post injury. It has enabled me to continue progressing in my recovery without the hassle and expense of going somewhere else to exercise. It is sturdy, solid, quiet and easy to configure and use. It came with assembly included. The quality of the product is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their physical well being at home using a professional piece of equipment. Well worth the investment.

I have had many exercise machines and this one I really enjoy using. I must have it now 5 months and both my spouse and I use it daily. We both love reading and do it while exercising. You can adjust the tension and you use the unit as both stair step and an almost rowing unit, but you're sitting down. It has helped us immensely. It is a solidly made unit and the people who deliver and set it up were very professional and pleasant. We'll be keeping this around for a long time.

My uncles needed to exercise more so I bought them the NuStep T4r. They love it. They said it’s the same one they had at there therapy place. It’s fully adjustable, easy to use and very comfortable. The cross trainers is on the heavy side but if you parking it in one spot and not moving it around you should be fine.

My unit has an annoying ‘clunk’ when I’m using it!! Otherwise I really like it!!

Living in Florida and not being able to get out and walk much in the summer this machine fits the bill. Easy to use and adjust. Hubs and I both use it daily and so much better on my knees than walking on sidewalks. Expensive but we look at it as "You Get What You Pay For." PS, very quiet.

Very well built and sturdy. No frills, simple and easy to use. The rotating seats make it very easy to access. Accommodates tall people, at least 6’3”. Excellent equipment for elderly. The company was easy to work with, and the delivery and set up was professional. Highly recommend.

This is well with the investment. Same model as the PT and YMCA has. It has improved my husbands breathing and length strength. Our internist and cardiologist was pleased and impressed with the results after using it for 1 month…again well worth the investment but took a bit to convince my husband. The delivery was spot on

I liked this machine so much during my rehab sessions after a hospital stay, I decided to buy one. The seat adjusts along a track with measurement indicators that appear to be coincident to user height. This is primarily to get you in the ballpark with pedal comfort. You may need to adjust further after being seated. Seat also swivels side-to-side for those with mobility challenges. Sorry, no way to recline during exercise! Ahem! Handle bars are also adjustable per height or perhaps more accurately per arm reach. It is quiet and can challenge you on the workout display. I’m not sure if the display has replaceable batteries or its own battery pack, but the really good news is, if you live in areas with power surges and blackouts, you don’t even have to plug this machine into a wall socket. I lost a treadmill this way that did not have much run-time. Parts for the treadmill was another story.
