B77 Deco Sewing & Quilting Machine Bundle

The Bernette b77 is a quilters dream. The screen is bright and extremely large. It even tells you what foot you should use for each stitch. You can also save your customized patterns. I used it to save my personalized quilt label. In a month of having this model, I have finished 3 large quilts. The dual feed dogs is perfect for piecing. If you want to use templates for quilt tops, you will need to buy a ruler foot that is specially for the b77/b79. The free motion foot that comes with it works great too. After I bought this machine, and a Black Friday deal showed up $500 cheaper. I contacted the seller and there was no issue of refunding me that amount!Okay, I would give this a 5+++ stars but unfortunately, when you change to the Burnette ruler foot, you have to switch the needle holder too. During this process, a metal prong broke off the machine. I had a piece of paper over the needle plate, so I did not drop a needle down in there. When the piece of metal dropped, it took me a few minutes to figure out what it was. My heart sank when I seen where it broke off.I have contacted the seller again, and they are going to replace the machine. I thought about bringing it to a Bernina dealer, but where I live in the middle of nowhere, I have no dealer close to my location. I did email Burnette to tell them about what happens when switching needle holders to use the ruler foot. I have not heard back from them.Hopefully the replacement machine comes as fast as the original did. Fingers crossed!If you are in the market for a higher end sewing machine, with a large throat space, and super bright lights; this machine is 100% for you. It is made by Bernina, with a better price tag.
