Easy to use, comfortable, 0 setup
FYI I use foot switches since 2010. This is the fourth foot switch I buy.The front hinge design, I can rest my foot on the pedal but not trigger the key is the most comfortable foot switch I've never used! Not like others pedals on a thick plastic, I have to hold my ankle in the air, I feel so tired after few hours game/work.And rotate my foot to both sides is much faster than lift my foot step few inches away on another pedal to trigger other keys.Of course how easy the software assign everything in seconds. Or go watch couple tutorial videos on PI Engineering youtube channel. They even answer you post if you have question. No driver needs in Windows 10, 100% plug and play! The pedals footprint is so small, I can fit 2 of these under my desk (1 front hinge, 1 back hinge).Back hinge is great when spam keys, like 3d spot in battlefield games.Front hinge is great, like assign E, Lshift , Q when Overwatch competitively. Not to mention I use them when Adobe CC. The time I save already worth the money.I regret not buy them earlier. Actually I might thinking buy another front hinge when they're on sale :)

Look no further, this is a proper foot pedal
I spent a bunch of time looking for solid, well-built foot pedal to cut down on the number of mouse clicks with my hands and to give me flexibility. There are 3 pedals built into one unit; I have mine programed to left, middle, and right click. So far the unit seems to be sturdy and have a bit of weight to it allowing it to stay in one place. The company P.I. Engineering is based in Michigan and it comes with a 1-year warranty and the option to extend that to 4 years. It's nice to purchase from a company based in the US and one that will stand behind their products.

IT person and Customer Service person don't know their own product!
the foot pedal did not work. i called P.I. Engineering and spoke with an ITperson who was no help at all. he kept telling me i had to download info, i kept telling him my wife was a court reporter and used the same pedal at work and when she brought the pedal home all she had to do was plug it in and she could use it. the IT person could not understand what i was telling him, there was no downloading involved. i then called customer service and went through the same thing with her and then she said i had to download the disc, i said what disc? she says the one that was sent with the pedal and i said there was no disc and basically she called me a liar. so it does not work like the one at my wifes work. i'm thinking it was defective and neither the IT person or customer service know what they are talking about. very disappointed and i don't think i should have had to pay for shipping and handling to return the pedal. (17.50) i asked the customer service person about it and she said FORGET IT. don't think i will order again from PI Engineering or Amazon again

Love how these improve my workflow
Not my first X-keys product, and probably won't be my last. Love how these improve my workflow, and save strain on my wrists. Thank you!

Difficult to install. Very little information to assist you.
This pedal never would install correctly with Windows 10. The few pieces of paper included with the pedal weren't helpful at all. I had to return it and get another type. The pedal itself was exactly as described I just could not get it to connect to my software.
