Great in chili and anytime that you to add a little earthy flavor. A little goes a long way so start with a small amount and work up to your taste. McCormick has excellent quality cumin.

I love this McCormick ground cumin spice. The brand really does matter. You can call me a brand snob but I tried a store brand of Cumin and it was horrible. The smell was off and the taste just wasn't there. We eat a lot of Cumin and this big bottle was great tasting and very reasonable. I highly recommend this McCormick Ground Cumin.
