Is Autolock issue with Windows 10 solved or is still needed to apply a patch?

Dear Customer, The issue with the disconnection is caused due to the power settings on the computer or due to the Microsoft feature called USB selective suspend settings which can be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps and a Windows disconnect patch available on our website.
