Am I the only one still suffering from itchness, flakiness, and greasy hair after using this product? If so what am I doing wrong?

I don't know how often you use the product but you might try increasing the number of times per week that you use it. Make sure you put it on your scalp and not so much on your hair.

How to use it? Is it afterwashing your hair?

Yes! I usually use it after washing my hair. I part my hair row-by-row and rub it into my scalp to dissolve the cream as much as possible.
