What is the consistency of this? like wet concrete? paste? thicker? thinner? spreadable?? thanks!

It's pretty thick and sticky. Thicker than wet concrete maybe like peanut butter.you can spread it with a stick or putty knife but expect to throw that away when you're done because it's very hard to clean off.

Is this good for filling holes in my concrete garage floor?

I use to fill in the edge where the concrete was busted off. Worked fine for that. I would think that it would work better with deeper holes (1/4 inch or deeper) than shallow holes.

is there a way to thin it and stuff into a empty caulk tube? if i add alcohol and mix?

It is best to call the manufacturer. I believe they have a product already in a caulk tube.

Does this come in colors?

I don’t think so, but there are masonry colors available that you could add to the mix.
