Too short expiry date
Expired 1.5 months after buying it! Not good enough - most supplements have 6 months-2years left when you buy it from new

I can eat gluten with this
These help me eat foods with gluten which I otherwise would be very uncomfortable with… I’m also lactose intolerant and find that this isn’t effective for me for dairy products so I take a separate lactose enzyme for that and the two in combination work wonders

I suffer with bloating, stomach cramps after eating especially after heavy meals and these tablet’s definitely help improve symptoms.

Cramps Ahoy!
This is my usual brand to go for with supplements, but these caused me unbearable stomach cramps & sickness (both ends). Can't recommend, use caution.
