Transformers Generations Selects Deluxe WFC-GS21 Decepticon Sandstorm

Like most of us I wasn't able to get the Dirge-Ramjet 2-pack when it was first released. The only way to get it now is by shelling out $250+ (and even then you might get them 'slightly used'). Hopefully Hasbro will reissue them soon. Luckily for us Sandstorm IS available and is also an excellent addition to the Seekers. He has a unique color scheme and looks fantastic in group shots with the others. He fits in perfectly next to Thrust - giving him some 'conehead' camaraderie while our search for Dirge and Ramjet continues. He's now the best Transformer figure I never expected to get. I highly recommend him.

One of the best toys

It may be a repaint, but what a great one it is. From the minimalist packaging to the menacing, realistic paint scheme, Sandstorm is a winner. Figure is solid, no QC issues out of the box. A few gaps in jet mode, but it still looks great. Absolutely worth the pick up.

Nothing to dislike ,it's a seeker and the figure is good and solid

Great toy to open on Christmas morning. My son likes it and it looks cool.

I wanted the Ramjet and Dirge 2 pack. But everywhere I look it’s either out of stock or over $200. So when I find Sandstorm, a repaint of Ramjet I thought I’d give him a shot. This figure despite being a nobody character with the name and likeness of two characters much more popular than he is is probably my favorite Seeker in my collection right now. Maybe it’s the more realistic camp paint scheme, maybe it’s the giving me a taste of what I missed out on with Ramjet. Whatever it is I cannot seem to put him down, my only complaint with him is his face came with a jarring paint blemish and his weapon almost snapped pulling it out of the plastic that’s all but wrapped completely around the thin barrel, a little Quality Control but other than that he’s the most sturdy Starscream repaint/remold I’ve handled in the Earthrise line. He’s got such a unique look with the desert camo, cone head and delta wings (a Ramjet carryover) that his place on my Seeker shelf catches the eye instantly. Keep in mind I have no prior attachment to this character but his toy, I am loving it more than I love my Skywarp and that’s my favorite Seeker.
