OEM seal good quality
Installed in 1999 Jeep Cherokee xj from Dana 30 axle. Good quality seal looks exactly like original. Use a 36mm socket and a bunch of extensions to hammer the old seal out and new one in. If you double check the backlash it should be around 8 thousandths, at least mine was before removing and the same after re install of carrier. Easy job except for getting the carrier our I had to use a crow bar to pry it out, there are some YouTube videos to help with that.
