I sent it back. It was a little too thick and the Velcro bothers me. It causes additional aches. I have found that a firm decorative pillow works best for me. It is square, about the size of half a regular size pillow and I put it in a pillow case. I have a great deal of hip pain and I'm a side sleeper. Return went smoothly. As soon as they received it the refund went thru. Thanks so much.

This was a wast of money. I kept trying different ways and it isn't comfy. It doesn't stay in place and it doesn't seem to fit.

I'm trying to delay having knee replacement surgery on my left knee, but was experiencing pain at night when my right knee rested on my left when I slept on my side. I would frequently wake up in pain and have to roll to my other side. This pillow provides just enough cushion to lift my right leg off of my left leg to eliminate this problem. I'm waking up less and I am not as stiff and sore in the morning.

I would say it works somewhat, but the bottom cushion is very loose and floppy and the band that goes around the bottom cushion stretches out, so it feels like a big gangly dangly apparatus.

The material is soft, the foam bounces back after each use and the way the pillow cusps my thigh is very helpful for a side sleeper that switches sides often. I don't need the extra cushion or the strap, but can definitely see the benefit of them if you need to train yourself to get used to using the pillow. After having it for a month I've noticed that my hips hardly hurt anymore. I also do a series of 3 to 4 different stretches every morning so that also helps my sciatica. Smart knee pillow indeed!

Too bulky!

I am very pleased with the leg pillow. It is probably as good as something like this can be. I was very pleased to see the velcro band that holds it around the leg, otherwise, it would definitely slip off during the night if you roll around at night like I do! It has greatly improved the pain from my hips that was waking me up during the night.

Difficult to keep on my leg when turning over. If the strap had more Velcro to be able to make it tighter it would have been much bette.r
