The warranty of product which I buy is already showing active 4 months before from date of purchase.How can I know product is new or used also some scratches.

Excellent machine...i had waited almost a month after i got this laptop to make this review. I ordered gold colour and was sent silver..but then what can i possibly asked for again...it was an upgraded version 256GB ssd instead of 128GB ssd i ordered...kudos to the seller. That makes up for the gold colour...overall working just fine.

The product was delivered on 14th May 2020 and the warranty is expiring on 12 June 2020. No idea how this warranty about to expired ..... feeling product sold is the faulty return / refurbished. Unhappy with services.Also no serial number in Invoice. Even after multiple requests no response.

Laptop suffered critical battery failure with 10 months, and seller says out of warranty.. this is not acceptable, it should have minimum one year warranty. Amazon, we need products which have warranty of at least one year to be sold. this is really serious issue.

I bought that convertible device(pavilion x360, 8GB, i5) but unfortunately I was not happy with the touch pad,seller contacted and he was kind and understan my concern then respond in very positive manner.realy such a good person to deal with.

I already tried to fix wifi problem at approved hp office but they said we can't fix this model and no support for this model in middle eastSo you are requested to share the return label with the address, so that i can self-ship the product through an international courier for refund.

I loved the laptop! Worth evey penny. The display and performence is really good and so is the keyboard. I am a student thta uses this laptop and it works really great. I would advice to use it with care and buy a keyboard protector/skin, screenguard and touchpad protecter. Great job HP!!! ☺️

Likes - the delivery was on time. All items were in accordance with the specificationDislike- There isn’t much clarity on the warranty period. As per information on HO website I have only 8 months left whereas Amazon states the machine has 1 year warranty. It is better to have the warranty certificate included in the package for clarity

Funciona bastante bien, se calienta un poco, expandi la ram a 16 gb, desgraciademente tuve que remplazar la pantalla original, al ser importada es dificil conseguir las piezas, pero en amazon seguro que encuentras hay que tener cuidado con ella, es dificil y costo repararlas

Laptop was perfect with great build quality, very portable and light and also great value for money. It has a powerful processor so it can handle all kinds of work or productivity you throw at it, very good build quality with a solid biuld and also many other features which makes this better than the more expensive premium ones. Would definetly recommend buying this one if you are a student, do work on the go or if you just want a portable lightweight laptop that can do all your work

Le doy solo 4 estrellas porque desde que la puse a trabajar me ha estado fallando un poco la pantalla, ya que de repente se apaga y queda en negro o si no me marca como error del sistema, dice mi esposo que es un controlador pero no ha checado bien, si no para meterla en garantía.
