It should bubble and foam and break the carbon bonds in the burned on stuff. Scrub with an enamel safe scrubby. Rinse and repeat until it’s all gone. **Q: Does this clean the outside (enameled) of the,cookware?** A: Sure, it cleans any enameled surface including the exterior. It works great at removing tough baked on stains that soap and water won't work on. **Q: What are the ingredients, please?** A: less than 5% sequestrant, thickeners, essential oils of Eucalyptus Bio*/ 5-15% non-ionic surfactants/+ 30% water, alumia/ 97% of the total ingredients are from natural origin. *0.3% of the total ingredients are from organic farming. **Q: Will this remove burnt stains from the outside of my enameled cast iron pan?** A: I think it's worth a try.
