Best Panco breadcrumbs I have used. Although they are not made in Japan. I like the variety of the size of the crumb so you get great coverage with more textures.

I got this to make Japanese Porkchop, Tonkatsu. I dry brined a pounded pork chop for 24 hours, dusted it with flour, followed by an egg wash, then coated it with this thick panko. I repeated the egg, panko for a thick coating. Deep fried that for 4 minutes. The coating is crisp, not greasy at all . You'll need quite a bit for that recipe so the big bag is perfect. It was delicious It's a Billy Parisi recipe, you can look it up on YouTube
