This is a premium luggage. The material feels luxurious and well-made. There are a lot of internal compartments that helps the organization but also seems less roomy than I thought. Goes super well with work travels. Buy this if you look for the versatility and organization.

I bought the most expensive suitcase I have ever purchased and am sorely disappointed. The pull tab on the main zipper broke off on only my second trip, making it hard to zip open and close the bag for the rest of my trip. I contacted Tumi and their response was not what one would expect from a company that says it stands my its products and charges hundreds of dollars more for their products than most other brands. I was told I had to pay to have it sent to a repair center in another state. When I tried to follow the link they sent me to get further information, the link was broken. When I reported the broken computer link, their response was that they were sorry their computer system was down, and that was it. Tumi charges way too much for their products - products that can't stay in one piece for more than two easy airplane trips. And zero customer service when something goes wrong.
