I was apprehensive about purchasing because it seems most reviews came from receiving a free copy. However, I took a chance on it and I think this book is informative and good for if you don’t know anything about starting a business let alone starting a soap making business. I was searching for something strictly explaining the business aspect however the author included a chapter on how to make soap. I’d recommend purchasing or renting other soap making books actually dedicated to the craft, because the author isn’t a soap maker. I do appreciate the inclusion of the chapter because I don’t believe someone should be informing me or anyone else on how to start a business without giving some information on how to make said thing you’re thinking about starting the business with. The book simple and breaks down the basics of everything. There’s also a nice little treat that comes with purchase.

This book is one of the most informative out there and will help you decide if you can realistically handle this type of enterprise.

It was a very interesting read. Lots of information. It will take time before I can say one way or the other if the information is good and suits my needs, as I grow my business. Definitely good to have on hand, to cross reference, just in case. It’s worth the read.
