Very practical, fun and easy to read. Definitely recommended.

This is a great book for travelling, studying, and realising all that polite and super polite japanese we learnt is not what you'll be using among your friends while you're out drinking. It has great phrases for dating and nightlife, but it's also so much more.

Bought this as a gift for a friend who speaks Japanese and he's over the moon with it as its more street Japanese than the formal language he was taught.

Great beginner phrasebook, but rather short. Covers q great deal of content, and is a fun read. Overall i liked it.
