GNC L-Theanine 200

I have several family members that struggle with depression and anxiety so my grandmother started researching alternatives to typical prescription meds. I struggle with (mild) social anxiety and I’ve never taken any meds for that because I thought I was just really shy and a bit insecure, so I decided to take it for a month and see if I could tell a difference (like the family guinea pig! Lol). This sounds tacky, but it’s changed my life. It could be a massive coincidence, but I haven’t done anything else differently and I had absolutely no expectations when I tried it. I’m friendlier and more outgoing, I’m more energetic and focused, and I’m more positive now. I was always kind and positive, but now instead of being shy and people wondering why I don’t talk to them, I’m striking up conversations so people can really get to know me and see that I care about them (instead of assuming I don’t care because I don’t say anything). I wish I would’ve started this years ago, but I had no idea of the impact my mindset was really having on my life as a whole. It’s obviously not a miracle drug and everyone has bad days, but I’m really happy I gave this supplement a try!

So I’ve been trying different things to curb my social anxiety and stumbled upon this. It works, it’s not really a miracle cure but I’m less anxious approaching people and social situations. But it also can make you very drowsy if you don’t take it with a full meal.

5 star. DON"T Bother with other brands,,, I did and they did nothing.... I have been taking L-Theanone for Years,,, I used to take NOW Brand, i believe,, But i 'think' they don't sell it any longer,,,, This product is pure and tastless. I feel a LONG term calm from taking these daily. I carry them in my purse. This brand works, Even when cash is low,,, I cannot feel that same calm and ease unless i get me my Real L-Theanine,,, Dear GNC,, PLEASE don't change the formula. The other brands do nothing. This one is real.

This product is great. Helps keep my blood pressure down and my moods stable. I could tell a difference when I ran out of it after a couple days. I make sure I don't run out any more. It’s that effective.

I have used this product for several years. It really does work to calm the mind down and increase focus. Works quickly with no side effects. Very helpful when you just need a little calm and focus.

After some traumatic things that happened in my I life including the sudden death of my wife after 40 years of marriage I was struck with terrible anxiety that wouldn't go away. Acquiring a prescription for Xanax from the doctor helped in the short term but I didn't want to end up addicted to the stuff as there are some horror stories around about it.
