The ornament storage box definitely has plenty of storage. There was no instructions on where the cardboard inserts were supposed to go. Eventually, I figured that out. As long as you have those cardboard inserts on the bottom of the trays the ornaments will stay in place in their individual dividers. Based on some of these reviews that I read, some people did not put the cardboard dividers in them and that’s why the ornaments had not stayed in place. I personally did not have any issues with my ornament tray dividers even though I do have some heavy ornaments and they did stay in place. The most IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW! You MUST have those cardboard sleeves underneath the ornament trays. Otherwise, the ornaments will not stay in their proper places. They are average on sturdiness. I would rate it from 1 to 10. I’d give it a 6. Very easy to assemble.

Great storage with large sections
Excuse the mess but it was time I organized my ornaments. I love how large the sections are. It allows for multiple bulbs or 1 large. Very sturdy!! Not sure why people say it flimsy, maybe they didn't put the cardboard inserts underneath. I will be buying a second one!Update. Just bought another one this year! Three in total. They are great!!

Ornament storage
They sure do hold a lot of ornaments, just wish that the dividers were sturdier. They allow for ornaments to pass underneath. Assembly of the bases of each section was harder than it had to be as the cardboard pieces were almost too big for the sections they were to go in. Bought 2 and filled them both up easily.

Don't Buy!!
This item is so flimsy that when you pick it up. all the bulbs fall out of their spaces and go everywhere. It is the worst ornament organizer, especially for the price. If you want to buy a great ornament organizer that is sturdy and fits 4" bulbs, go to QVC.com. That is were I bought three that fits 60-90 bulbs depending on the size. Just don't buy this one!!

ornaments do not stay put
The dividers are not fixed to the bottom of the tray, and there is no support in the bottom. When you lift the tray, all the ornaments go under the dividers and pool in the center of the tray. The exterior of the box is very sturdy, but the trays are a huge disappointment. If you only need the box, then two thumbs up. If you're buying as intended, then two thumbs down.

Not that sturdy but with lots of storage
Will hold lots of ornaments but it is only using thin cardboard to hold it up and the fabric on the outside is cheap and easy to rip.

Waste of money
Total waste of money. Do not buy!! There are no bottoms to the trays therefore heavy ornaments just fall to the bottom all together. The partitions are not attached to the bottom. Horrible engineering on this product. Complete waste of money

Don’t buy unless have all GIANT balls
Unless all of your ornaments re giant bulbs, this won’t work. When you pick up the tray, all of the ornaments fall into the middle under the dividers.
