Great Pain relief with a learning curve
I was initially skeptical paying this much for a piece of plastic. Full disclosure, I bought this on a huge sale for 34 dollars, so I didn't pay the full price. But looking back, I would. That said, this this is great. It has a learning curve to use, look out for one of their videos on YouTube for basic instruction. I have a terrible back. L5-s1 herniations and degenerative disc. I don't think this is a permanent fix, but it does bring plenty of relief. When I'm having a rough day with flare ups of pain, I lay on this thing in different positions for about 10 minutes or so total with some mixed movement and deep breaths. I honestly don't know why I don't use it more often It takes some practice to hit the sweet spot and honestly can be painful, but after you get it, you'll feel nice relief. It feels like your spine is realigning in real time. I usually start at the lower and raise it up gradually. After a session, laying flat on your back feels amazing and full of relief. If you use it higher, you'll also get some shoulder and neck relief. I'm also a large man, pretty fat, it's durable enough to hold me. I'm used to high density foam rollers, chirp wheels, studded wheels, etc. so if you've never used any of those, it might be very painful to try at first. I think this is another great pain relief tool.

You Need This!
I had (HAD) a tight spot in the middle of my back. A lot of mobility stretches helped, but this device RESOLVED in 5 mins. I plan to use this and the other pso-rite tools (also have the neck and original pso tool) daily before I hit the gym. I think I can replace my massage therapist. I can get my back now!! Update - today I used it while sitting on my couch, working from home. Gosh, this device is really good!!

Does what it says on the box! Good for daily use. Painful, but that's expected (and necessary).
This thing is great! It hurts, or course, but my back feels really good afterward. I have a weird shaped spine and lifelong resulting back issues, and this device really gets into those erectors and connective tissue and encourages stretching in ways that are hard to achieve with a foam roller or balls or whatever. 4 stars only because it's really a single-use device with no other function than to statically stretch the spine. Cool thing, though.

Worth it!
I want to begin by saying that I also bought the hip one (Pso-Rite) at the same time and never had any intention of keeping both. I’m keeping both. I can’t really afford $80 for a piece of plastic, either, but how much is it worth to get a little pain relief? Some days I’d give anything and everything just for a few minutes of relief so while I wasn’t terribly convinced this would work for me (I had spine surgery last year), it was definitely worth a shot. Maybe I have muscle tension along with the nerve pain, I don’t know, but this helps- a LOT!! I will say that I think it’s a terrible idea to get on the floor with this thing on Day One, though. Anyone who’s been in pain for a long time probably isn’t in shape enough to hold themselves up hovering over this contraption for long, and in my case, was worried that if I did put too much weight on it, could break my fusion/hardware. Nah, just put it on the back of your couch or easy chair and lean on back (lol @JusRay). Easy-peasy and SO much safer than falling on it! I tried the floor thing. It didn’t go well. Nothing disastrous, I just couldn’t lower myself onto it evenly or in a way that didn’t feel like a trip to the emergency room was imminent. I put some throw pillows over each end and that helped but I didn’t feel like I had made much progress. I put it away and thought I’d try again in a day or two. Then I went to the kitchen and got on my step ladder and for the first time in over eight years, my right side didn’t hurt! My left still hurt, but I hadn’t put any weight on that side bc my left arm is too weak to hold myself up on that side. I was shocked! I hadn’t even done the muscle exhaustion thing! Now if you don’t know, the goal is to dig these ridges in a little and find a super tender spot and grind into it until the muscle gives up resistance. It hurts! A LOT! But if you can outlast the fight, all that tension goes away and you’ll get some relief. Of course, there are almost always more spots so I do as many as I can stand in each session (2-4, mine are super stubborn and take forever to give up), but once you get them all done, it takes longer and longer for them to come back. Then it’s just maintenance and you’ll only have one or two to get you feeling like new again. Yeah, I didn’t do that the first time and it still helped! Which is good, bc the hip thing hurts even more! I can’t decide which is more valuable (this Pso-Back or the Pso-Rite) but I’m lucky because I don’t have to. I did the Affirm payments plan to get these to my house so I could decide which to keep but now I guess I’ll just make the payments bc I love them both WAY too much to part with either! The good part of it just being a piece of hard plastic is that I think they’ll last a lifetime and I’m not getting any younger. I can’t tell you how many times I wish I had something I could grind into a knot in my back and now I do, forever! I’m not gonna lie, I kinda want to try the neck one now, too!

Deep massage for muscles
If your shoulders, back, hips, or legs hurt, this is for you. Tread easy, this will get deeper into the muscles than anything I’ve experienced. I could feel each muscle release. It’s awesome.

Eliminates need for chiropractic visits
Due to my hypermobility, I have always had to see a chiropractor or physical therapist to realign my lower back in a couple of places. This is challenging because of the way Chiropractor Care is regulated here and it can be stressful to find a doctor that actually knows what they are doing. This device was recommended by one of my physical therapists and it has eliminated my need to see a chiropractor entirely.

Works great but it is overpriced!
It helped resolve my low back and hip pain. I have a flexible spine so the arch works well. It feels very comfortable, better than the rotating back massagers I tried. Well made but $ 70 is too much for a plastic piece. Saw other models from this company on Alibaba for ~$ 7! Unfortunately, not this curved back massager. 3* because of price gauging

It’s a real bitch to use but it works great
It’s almost impossible to use this device easily when you’re out of shape. But I kept it anyway. Because nothing else I’ve tried comes nearly as close to digging in and relieving knotted up muscles. I have a love / hate relationship with it. I wish it was not as tall as it is. I also tried the similar one for the neck but it wasn’t enough. I’ve got the Goldilocks syndrome with this device. If when you look at it you see relief? Then it is right for you. It delivers what it promises.

Yes, it' hard ( wear a sweater). Yes, it's just a piece of plastic. But the release of the paraspinals is incredible. The dragon fins are close to each other at one end, in order to get between the scapulas. After just one day, I breathe better, I have a better posture. I use it also vertically, against the back of the chair. Just lile with a foam roller, you have to slide, twist, move your arms. I own spiked balls, theracanes and various other devices, but this one is an excellent concept. Maybe, having just one size is not such a good idea. I feel the arch could have been wider, with some extra smaller fins. But, they could not have sold this to everyone. I did not buy the Pso rite, from the series, insted I chose the Trival, whereyou can adjust the distance.

10 minutes a day will; 1.) Fix your posture 2.) Fix your creaky lower/mid back 3.) Even your shoulders 4.) Fix your neck pain And that's what I've been able to discover after 2 days using it. It's also saving me hundreds of $s in remedial massages. Would give this 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

MY first one broke after a month or two but the seller replaced it. I was rude and the seller was very kind and generous. He/She even sent me some extras. Good self massage tool that reaches hard spots.
