Re the sizing: some views say go up and some say go down. has anyone bought a size down in a regular width - and found the "length" to be too short?

I had to chuckle as I'm sat here wearing mine :) Looking at them, I'm a 4, I think a 3 would have fitted just fine as they're open toed. There's plenty of room to "size down" but, I'm happy with mine and they're really comfy.

I find elastic straps squasj my feet. Do they shape to your feet

I find these sketchers great, gives nice shape and if you have bunion they are extremely comfortable, I walked over 5 miles last weekend in these and had no problems with elastic straps

Although I take a small size 3, I have bunion on left foot which makes it a little wider than right foot. I can confirm that I have found these sandals extremely comfortable and can leave on all day without any problems. They are slightly elastic which makes them fit both feet very well. I would certainly recommend and am waiting for one of the other colours to be available in my size, that’s how much I like them. Hope this helps.
