This product provides very little lateral or rotational support. It is a very thin material made of polyester, that is more similar to wearing yoga pants on your knee. Do not buy this product.

Don't buy! It sucks. When I first pulled it out of the package, did not look like the pic. Looks like panty hose cut in half, sown top and bottom, with copper color Stickers. Had it on all day and did not feel a difference. Still had achiness, the only thing that was compressing was the top and bottom part to hold it in place.
