This is better than any cream for seborrheic dermatitis.. but don't overuse it .. once a day is the right dose to me.

This is an enjoyable bar soap to use. It is finely milled and the lather is creamy.My face and scalp became itchy and inflamed. This calmed it down significantly after one use.

I have been using this soap for a few weeks now, and it has helped with getting rid of those pesky little bumps on your shoulders. It works better than the prescription that I got from my dermatologist. Would highly recommend this soap and will order again when I run out.

For a couple years I’ve had acne on my inner thighs and lower abdomen. I tried every type of soap. Sulfur and Salicylic Acid Bar Soap, Dettol Anti-Bacterial Hand and Body Bar Soap, Dr. Bronner's - Pure-Castile Bar Soap, Defense Soap Original Bar Soap, Apple Cider Vinegar soap, Defense Acne Care Bar Soap, CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser, CeraVe Cleanser for Psoriasis Treatment | With Salicylic Acid for Dry Skin Itch Relief & Latic Acid for Exfoliation. NONE of these products worked or helped clearing up this acne and pimples until I used Dermaharmony Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Therapy Soap. After just one week I saw a noticeable difference. There was less bumps and acne and it all started going away. I have now used it for more than a month and all these bumps and acne have completely disappeared. Apparently this zinc in the product is what has killed any fungus or type of infection that has been causing it. I can’t recommend this product enough. I continue to use it about 4 times a week to keep my skin clear. If you don’t rinse it off well, it might cause skin drying and some annoyance. It does not moisturize.

This soap is very painful but is speeding up the healing process of my hands which were recently attacked with psoriasis due to an allergy and ended up getting infected. It burns like hell for 2-3 min after washing but then has a way of contracting the skin together. It’s also getting rid of the build up of dead rough skin!So yes, it’s painful to use this soap but what a relief afterwards because it stops the terrible nonstop itching for me for many hours. Wearing the cotton gloves to protect my hands and also using Neosporin has been very helpful for anyone suffering with what I’m dealing with.I saw someone write a review saying that it made their child psoriasis worse. I could see someone not understanding that it’s a process where this seems to have a way of drying it out so it sloths off and then it’s finally able to heal. So it actually does get worse at first but it’s just part of the healing process. Before this soap I was trying to get rid of it with using ointments and creams and it was just getting worse. I’m so grateful for this tiny but mighty and very painful yet worth it bar of soap!All that said I would not use this on a Young child because I don’t see how they could ever understand that getting through that amount of pain will be worth it eventually. I could see it being severely traumatizing for a child if their skin is as raw infected and destroyed as mine was before I started using this.

After trying EVERYTHING my doctor could throw at me to experiment with for 18 months with NOTHING positive happening at all. I demanded for him to refer me to a Specialist Dermatologist. Ive now been attending a city hospital Dermatologist dept in Southmead Bristol for 6 years with Very little, if any improvement achieved with the Miserable condition of my facial Seborrheic Dermatitis. (You all know the spiel range: Ears and Behind, Nose, Eyebrows, Cheeks, etc!) My order of the two bars of DermaHarmony 2% Pyrithione Zinc (ZMP) Soap arrived from across the pond (USA) yesterday. I showered and got it Frothed up and used it almost immediately! The initial results after the first use have absolutely blown my mind! The result has taken me back to a time i'd all but forgotten how GREAT it felt to be 'Normal'!! People have complained in feedback that this soap stings when using it. For me I welcomed the mild stinging that lasted a mere 20 minutes or so! This only told me that this stuff had set to work on me right away and boy was I right! 24 hours later and I am feeling a completely new man!I can't recomend this soap enough...I feel Ive been set FREE and am feeling absolutly GREAT today....PLEASE DON'T GRIEVE ABOUT THE COST. This soap WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER....and that's worth more to you than GOLD will ever be!!!
