I was 100 percent satisfied with this product. It works beautifully and looks very elegant. The quality was impressive. It rolls smoothly and quietly . I got the product, but there was no remote, additional $85. It's described and shown in the pictures, and there is a power cord, but no charge cord. You would think one on the same, but no.

5 Stars – Works Perfectly, Total Game-Changer! I’m honestly impressed with these automatic shutters I got from Amazon. Setup was quick and easy, and they work exactly as advertised. The timer function is super convenient — I have them set to open with the sunrise and close at sunset, and they do it like clockwork. The motor is quiet, the build quality feels durable, and I love how much it adds to my daily convenience. No more forgetting to close them at night! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to automate their space.

I love the blinds. Videma has been a great company especially their customer support. I bought the blinds back in 2023 and one of the motors was started clicking and we cannot figure out what the deal was. Elliot, at Videma was great. He ended up sending me an entirely new motor. The next generation motor which does not have any clicking. together we determined that it must have been some sort of interference one of my home Appliances was emitting. The new enhanced motor resolved that issue. Having been such an old purchase, Elliot was very responsive. He is an example of excellent customer service!

I installed two shades on two high windows, controlled by one remote. I set the shades to open automatically in the morning so that I can look out, and close automatically in the evening for privacy. UPS made a mistake to deliver the package to a wrong address, and the seller helped me contact UPS to correct the error, and I still received the package on time. The seller answer questions quickly with useful information.
