Great for therapy

I bought these blocks because I have used them at OT and they're wonderful. Sharing with lots of people isn't so great because you can't wash them (but you can put them in the dryer briefly to sort of freshen them up). I was thrilled to receive my bag of new blocks, then utterly horrified when I saw the Prop 65 warning sticker. While it's true that many things can cause Cancer, not everything has to be labeled by law. These are, and I am furious that the warning wasn't posted here. I would never have bought them. I encourage you to put them into their own baggies if you already own them.

GET THESE SPONGES AND WORK YOUR HANDS TO MAINTAIN YOUR MOVEMENT. MATTER OF FACT, GET OF COUPLE OF THINGS THAT WORK DIFFERENT MUSCLES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAD SURGERY -- MAINTAINING THE MOVEMENT IS UP TO YOU AFTER THE THERAPY IS OVER.

Bicep repair and during the recovery I purchase based upon the use of the same product at my PT. Work great Anna the resistance is good for working the grip, forearm and bicep.

Got these for my mom after she suffered a medical emergency and they are The same as she was using in the hospital. They work as described with different resistance for each color.

waste of money

I developed a problem of blood pooling in my hands while walking each day causing my fingers to fatten and be stiff to use for a while. Using these "squeezies" while walking has helped a LOT. Recommend to anyone with similar issues and you get plenty of them!
