Why don't more people use these?
Had an aging 11-speed with a max gear of 42. I FINALLY decided it was time for an upgrade. After weighing all the 12 speed options, I realized I'd also have to update my old HG freehub with whatever the new one is. I remembered hearing about Box Prime 9, and to my delight is compatible with my HG hub!Taking the plunge was super easy. It was on sale at the time of ordering, so it was very easy on the wallet (A good deal even not on sale!). Installation was easy, with nothing but a chain whip, adjustable wrench, set of hex keys, and freehub tool. Tuning was easy - I barely had to make any adjustments, it just wanted to shift right.Shifts are clean, and less gears to shift through. I was afraid I might miss some of those gears, but nope.It's not the lightest, it's not the sexiest. It's a simple, affordable, stout and reliable drivetrain with a modern gear range. More people should be running these drivetrains.

Solid group set
Well built drivetrain. Goes through the gears well. Good option for diy e-bike build. Shifter is a little to firm for my liking. Easy set up.

Best value and great performance
I've ridden many bikes with various versions of the 1x12 eagle. This component set has all the gears you need. I've installed it on two bikes now, and though I've yet to see how well they age, my initial impression is that they shift well, seem durable, and are a decent weight.

False Advertisement
The infographic included in the Amazon listing said that the cassette fits HG style hub splines, however, the cassette I received extends too far from the hub leading to the 11t gear and lockring unable to lock into place. I could potentially get a new wheel hub to make it work, despite the product being advertised as fitting my current setup. Additionally, as a company their customer service is terrible. When I attempted to call, I was met by a machine before being left on hold for 20+ minutes only to be told to leave a message. As of writing this I have still yet to be called back.
