the last time i stayed in chicago we were nearby the place they come from and since then learned they are a big deal in Chicago and after trying them with Amazon delivery I totally agree. Tasty beef spiced well in natural casings as good or better than Nathans or Sabretts with natural casings. Well packaged arrived refrigerated not frozen.

These hot dogs are disgustingly delicious, as well as highly addicting! Cook them anyway you like, but I would imagine steaming or boiling them in water would be the best since they are meant to be cooked frozen. The snap from the casing is amazing, and the flavor of the beef is just second to none! Nothing can touch these! The second best hotdog in the world is miles behind these. Most of the time, I just eat them as is. No condiments or even bread. Just the dogs will do just fine on their own. Get a full 80 count box, and you will seem to have an endless supply of them and then when you run out, you will wait at your door for another order! Like having the boardwalk in your home!

These are the best dogs ever! And my customers love them. Only complaint I have is Short 1 dog. Every time. Yes I count them every time because I bag them 20 in each bag.

To be honest buying 80 franks is a bit of an undertaking, but once it’s done I’m reminded of why I go through the process. At this point I’ve tried over a dozen different brands of natural casing frankfurters, and this still tops them all. I share these with family and friends (there’s 80 franks here) and people who haven’t had them are always surprised at how good they are. And in addition to having great flavor, texture, and snap, they also are easier on the gut than many other franks. I’ve eaten a good number of these in recent years and they always go down easy and stay that way. No bloating or other problems here, even after 2-3 dogs. I’ve ordered these five times over the last 3 years and the delivery has been very consistent. I’ve always ordered early in the week on a weekday and they’ve shipped out the next day with 2-day ice-pack FedEx shipping for a total of 3 days from order to doorstep (to California anyway). They’re nitro-packed frozen in a single large bag and have always arrived thawed but cold after 2 days in transit. I highly recommend accompanying these with S. Rosen Poppyseed buns and Puckered Pickle Co. Super Green Sweet Pickle Relish, along with all the other traditional Chicago dog ingredients. A lot goes into making a Chicago dog at home a reality, but it’s worth it in the end……….especially if you do it right.

These are the absolute best tasting hotdogs of all time. They are like the hotdogs you knew as a kid with all that great flavor and what's best is the snap you get when you bite into it. Chicago style, with Chilli and cheese or mustard and catsup, you can't beat these hotdogs. Vienna beef is the best.
