It works, I think…..
Spray on my lawn, and water did seem to absorb better into the soil. It was easy to use and the bottle is small bit covered a lot of my 1/4 acre lawn. I think it works? but the year was a mess with drought and bugs. It did help my soil absorb more water so I say it works.

Arriated my lawn naturally without the physical need to
Excuse my review photos as they both have my daughter in it, but I wanted to show how beautiful my grass came. And this is the FIRST time I have ever did my lawn and I am quite proud. This product did exactly as it was supposed to instead of me having to physically aerate my lawn this is what I went with and the liquid aerator was perfect. It loosened the soil the grass seeds could take root easier resulting in the beautiful lawn that I now have. I followed the instructions on the label, EXACTLY as it stated!!! It does seem a little pricey, but when I compared & tried other brands, this one worked the best and did as it should. So the price didn’t bother me as much since I finally got the results I was looking for by helping my grass seed actually grow and grow better. I would definitely recommend this

Some results
This stuff really smells. Used in a gallon sprayer. Two days later you can see a little difference. The results weren’t super noticeable but I would be willing to try again. I applied at 7 in the morning on a 90 degree day and watered in. It rained about a .25” later that night. I have been watering daily in the morning for about 20 minutes since it’s been a little dry. The picture with the silver truck was taken before. The picture with the black truck was two days later.

Works temporarily
It seemed to work but not for long. Soil went back to being compacted/hard after several weeks

Product had zero effect on thatch
If this product were advertised as a fertilizer that helps green up your lawn turf then I would say from my experience with it that it’s an okay product, but it’s marketed as a thatch “busting” solution and in that aspect this product is a fail. I bought the first two bottles at a big box store and the refill here on Amazon, followed directions with each application and re applied per the directive to do so on the bottle. I haven’t seen any thatch being dissolved or any “breakdown” of it. If you want to remove thatch then you’re going to have to use a thatch remover or you can avoid thatch in the first place by bagging your clippings - and this is what I’ve gone back to doing. If you’d like a bit of a “green up” in your lawn and do it with the microbes and such in this liquid then go for it, but don’t expect it to do anything for thatch. Of note I used this on Bermuda grass which is a fine blade warm season grass that grows well in sub tropical climates like where I live in Georgia about an hour outside of Atlanta.

Sprayer Stops Working
The Sprayer stops working halfway thru. Not worth the money. Had to take it out and use a different spraying bottle.
