Used and unusable
I received Cricut Joy around one month ago and I opened the box today to find out that it is not brand new, and the bluetooth not working which makes the machine unusable. Amazon return window closed 2 weeks ago, really bad experience with my 1st buy from Cricut

Bluetooth connectivity issues
Very bad connectivity. The bluetooth doesnt appear on the phone list and even if unplug or plug the wire of the cricut machine the Bluetooth doesnt appear. No customer aupport and only 15 days return policy

By the physical looks of the machine, seems like it is not new.
Scratches from the front(white part) is visible. Works perfectly fine so far though.
