Preparing a complete and robust set of financial statements is essential to support a business plan and value the opportunity. This can be a daunting challenge. The RAM Consultancy USA Integrated Financial Statements are intended to make the task easy and efficient. The 16 spreadsheets are integrated meaning that cell references are used to "connect" the sheets freeing the user from endless repetitious data input and external calculations. When an assumption is made it is automatically transferred to other spreadsheets that use that data. Once the basic data such as headcount (in time), salary, facilities expenses, RD&E expenses, etc. are known they may be readable placed into the appropriate Excel spreadsheet that contain the accounting-specific formulae . Created spreadsheets include Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, operations, cost of goods sold, revenue, and more. The CD product is sold AS-IS and returns or exchanges are not allowed.

These spreadsheets are just OK...nothing to dazzle.
A friend gave me the book associated with these spreadsheets and I found the book to be excellent. As far as these spreadsheets are concerned, I find them just OK. Here are some comments:1. Integrated should have everything into one workbook. The user should not have to link up X number of spreadsheets to get the desired results.2, The Look and feel of these spreadsheets do not come off as very professional, but rather academic. I know that this is not a beauty contest, but I was expecting something with more of a polished look in terms of input parameters and finished results that could be pasted into an investor deck.Here is my takeaway: I am going to take this work, expand on it, and redo it for my investment work.As I said before, these spreadsheets are OK, but as an author, he should simply either include the CD with the book for an extra $10 or simply allow for them to be download them for free from the publisher.

Useless
This item was not compatible with my operating system. Was of time and money to send it back. I've had it a while and all the people I had to look at it told me to throw it out.
