This stuff really works if you use it long enough. I have tried plain coconut oil and it's harder to do and I feel like gagging. The combination here is ideal for comfort and the ability to do it longer. I've worked up to 15-20 minutes, nearly daily, and it had made a big difference in my oral health. I have some recession, which leads to tooth tenderness the gums receding will not be cured by this but the sensitivity has. I believe it genuinely reduces bacteria and as a result I get less build up on my teeth. My hygienist noticed. As an add on to gentle thorough brushing and flossing this is an invaluable tool. I'd like to see a formulation with a little more oil in it, as now that I've gotten used to the swishing again and feel its benefit, I do believe a richer formula would hold up better to 15-20 minute uses. If you have a habit of jaw clenching, or have an uneven bite, I find this exercise of gently swishes is a good jaw exercise. It loosens things up and reminds you to maintain a different posture in your mouth during the day, which leads to a relaxed jaw at night, too.

This product is excellent it helps with, stains, infections and removing impurities in your mouth and on your teeth. Reduces plaque, gum bleeding and diseases are managed without worsening etc. Tried and tested and for the first time Dentist could see a positive difference in my teeth and gums. You need to maintain brushing your teeth, flossing and using this after, holding in mouth and working it around from time to time for 20 mins for the best results, but you have to do it Daily. At night before bed gives the best results.

Must have for dental hygiene. I even use this for my dog. Gets rid of his bad breath.

Tastes good and is far cheaper than a similar product! Would recommend!
