Nanolux DTU Currently DOES NOT Work as Described, Software Has NEVER Worked for this unit, It is TOTAL GARBAGE! I was told they have "a New model Coming in two to three days". Well it's Now a WEEK Later, and Nothing has changed. I bought the "best bulb" possible, the Philips Master Color Elite Agro CMH. It Blew-out after One day with this ballast. A store employee told me the Philips Master Color Elite Agro bulbs OFTEN Fail & DO NOT Last in this Nanolux brand. Nanolux products have been a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE For Me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my purchase. Talk is Cheap, I need a "Reliable System" and it's Definitely NOT Nanolux!
