Arrived earlier than expected and in nice, protective packaging
Arrived earlier than expected and in nice, protective packaging. I had ordered two to place in my 36 gallon bow-front tank as a foreground covering, and having zero experience in live plants for aquariums, I was really pleased with these Babytears. These plants were lush, green, and healthy and nestled in cute plastic plant containers. I removed the plastic containers and planted them directly into my tank substrate and they look so pretty and satisfying. I'll need to get some fertilizer to help keep them looking their best. I will be ordering from this company again.

Terrible quality
Looks NOTHING like what they are trying to sell you. It came with barely any plant at all, and over half of that is dead. I would have never bought this. Thanks for showing me why it is important to just buy plants from the store instead of over the internet. I'll never do this again.

The second batch were better. The baby tears did arrive in good condition ...
Disappointing. 1st plant shipped was very cooked and battered, only the very center was still green. I had ordered 2 other plants with the baby tears. They arrived very hot on my porch in a padded cellophane envelope. I contacted the seller with my complaint requesting either replacement plants or a refund. They responded promptly, and sent replacement plants. The second batch were better. The baby tears did arrive in good condition in a covered plastic container and looked great on the surface. However, I discovered they had no roots, so they floated like a cork. I weighted them down with string attached to some rocks like a net. This worked to keep the plant from floating but my fish in my show tank, which I frequently feed with vegetables, decided that this was a tasty treat and soon shredded the plant. I removed the plant and put the pieces into my plant/baby fry tank with intermittent sunlight. I will see if any roots will develop so I can plant it in my plant only tank.I suspect the 2nd plant was grown hydroponically immersed and not underwater due to the appearance of the leaves. I also recommend only buy during moderate weather in your area or you will be disappointed.Update: Greenpro completely refunded my $, so the company is very ethical and does it's best to please the customer. A++ service. I would recommend the company, but would not buy this plant again, it was not easy to root grown hydroponically.

Alive and well
I bought these plants about a month ago and they're thriving. It arrived pretty quick and with no snail infestation. I wish they'd grow a bit faster but its probably my aquarium water or because I keep them in their pot.

Ehhh..
They came a bit yellowed and uprooted. They were alive though so I planted them in my tank anyways and they seem to be doing well. They perked up a bit and technically look better than when they arrived but still have a yellowed and disheveled look about them. Hopefully, they start turning green once they take root.
