The package arrived on time, the price point was good and for the most part we’re satisfied. However, the actual box it came in left something to be desired, it was like a tiny cardboard shoe box, which was crushed in the mail. The piece itself, overall is decent but my wife immediately noticed a defect, a small imperfection in metal along the side of one of the ekg edges. We decided to keep it but she noticed the defect quick. Overall it was decent

This necklace is very pretty with a very nice chain. We bought this for our adult daughter who had mentioned she wanted what I thought was just another trendy piece of jewelry. After looking at many "heartbeat" necklaces, I chose this one because being 14carat gold, I thought it might be more durable. I was right- this one is a very pretty piece of jewelry and my daughter was very pleased. But just as important, Claddagh Gold Company was available via email throughout the shipping and delivery process! They responded immediately to all my inquiries! There were some issues with the Postal Service in getting this delivered to my daughter but Claddagh Gold was there with sincere assurance they would make this right! And they did! I certainly recommend Claddagh Gold! They deserve 5 stars with quality service!
