Worthy of 5-stars: well-planned easy to assemble and delivered without damage.
I normally don't give 5 stars, but in this case, I think its merited. The desk arrived early and, while the carton had a few dings and scratches, the styro packing and reinforced corners kept it damage free. Still, it was so heavy that I had to GENTLY roll it on end up three stairs to get it in my house.Assembly was quite easy. The instructions, mostly drawings, were very clear if you read them, I recommend it. Engineering and machining was very precise and the only issue was joining two pieces for a center span. The powder-coat paint made the male part just a bit tight on install, so I used my garage wire wheel to remove it on the mating surfaces (sandpaper would work also,) put a bit of silicone lube on, and was able to fit them together.Another nice considerate feature was that the parts include extra pieces in case you loose one or maybe mess up a thread. All the basic tools are there (but I suggest a cordless screwdriver with the appropriate Allen drive bit. It goes much faster.)Hint: as they wrote, do not tighten all the screws. Leave them just a bit loose so you have some "wiggle-room" when screwing on the shelves and surface pieces.Yes, I was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the desk and the surface area. The machining was precise (as I said) and everything lined up fine...as long as you leave the screws loose until you finish. Going back to tighten them will give you a fine product put together with little frustration.

Get the Desk =) I love mine.
I was not sure about this desk with all the reviews. Now that I have it. I absolutely love my desk!!!Things I found not to be3 true in the bad reviews…1 – People say the items were damaged and it is not packaged well. They are correct. Gosh the packing stinks. However Amazon delivered it. So even though it felt like the desk would fall out if I picked it up. There was Zero Damage to my items. They did a great job. Thanks Amazon.2 – Others said it had miss manufactured parts. Short pieces and bad screw holes.No. There are no short pieces. The photos you see are of people not putting the desk together properly. It happened to me. But I soon realized my mistake. Yes there are extra holes here and there but whatever. Not noticeable. All holes line up.3 – Difficult to put together.I am on my husband’s account and could not lift the box. Once I got it laid down and opened, it was fine. The thing is. You must take your time and think about the build. The instructions are not great. But the pictures are good. I was able to put it all together in about 3 hours. The Bad:1 – Do not put a computer on the shelves. They will break over time. I have a heavy computer. We took the shelves off of one side and built a stand for them to hold my computer. Bla la bla look at the photos. That is about it.2 – For the price I would like to see a drawer or two.The Good1 – It is sturdy2 – Great height. Little taller than my old desk.3 – Size is larger than I expected.4 – Looks great5 – True corner desk you can sit at and be comfortable.6 – Top fit flush enough for me.So yes I give it 5 stars. I absolutely love my new desk!!! <3

Great Space and easy to put together.
Overall, this is a great product. It was easy to put together, it provides plenty of space, and is sturdy. However, there were a couple of small issues that I want to point out as opportunities for improvement for the designer.1) The top pieces were a little scuffed up and had some markings on them. Not a huge concern, but at this price, it should be free of aesthetic defects.2) The screws placed into the top bars only have clearance holes on the backside of the assembly, which leaves a gap toward the front side top screws, and can create some crunching. Why no clearance holes on the front side to allow a flush seat for the desk top all around?3) Add holes on the bars that shelf 3 screws into so the user has options to raise/lower shelf. I would have liked to placed my PC on one of the shelves without anther going to waste, or needing to place it on the top of the desk.

Solid, well designed, good looking with industrial aesthetics and at decent price.
Don't normally write reviews for Amazon purchases but this desk is much better than I thought it would be for the price. I was looking for desk with more desktop real-estate for a big three monitor PC setup. This desk is perfect for that, lots of leg room, a pre-drilled hole for a 3 Monitor Mount Desk Stand no clamps needed and shelves for workstation/accessories. Yeah putting together furniture is no fun but you can build where you need it or pay someone to build it for you for about the cost of the desk itself.

Great desk with a good depth.
Love the desk. It accommodates a monitor and even a laptop in front of it. It gives a good depth where I feel like the monitor isn't too close to my face. There is a good amount of leg room and I think the only deficiency I might say about it is that I might like it if the shelves were adjustable, but you can't have everything I guess. The instructions to assemble were sometimes a bit confusing and sometimes you had to look forward a few steps to see how things should go, but it was manageable. All around I am enjoying the desk a lot.

Good Product, Bad Shipping
Product arrived in a box that was beaten six ways from Sunday. Even with all of the extensive damage to the box (and the Styrofoam packaging inside), the product itself was almost entirely fine. There are a few dings to some edges of the particleboard shelves and one to the rear side of the centerpiece desktop. Cosmetic damage only really, the desk is functionally fine. The desk itself was pretty easy to assemble, good easy to understand directions. Took a few hours but that is probably just me being slow.Functionally it is great, plenty of desktop area to use and the shelf area on the two frontal leg sections is plenty for my oversized PC tower with the center shelf removed.I do run into the corners with my knees if I am pulled up to the desk completely in my chair and try to turn, but I believe that would be a problem with any corner-style desk.Good product overall for the price. Just beware of the shipping, because the handling is bad.
