It took me a long time to start using the first can I got but since using it I don't know how I got along without it. I use it when ever my nose gets dry or when I've gone out and been around a lot of people to help cleans my nose. It helps clear up my stuffy noses too...so I ordered the three pack and my husband is now using it too.

Perfect for everyday minor congestion. I use this every morning to clear out my sinuses from sleeping. A couple of squirts in each nostril and 15 minutes later, I blow all that junk out, then I’m ready for the day! This has taken the place of my neti pot, except for serious congestion. Highly recommend this product!

This product has a very mild salt solution in it. It cleans out your nose and gives you some moisture if it’s dry. It doesn’t irritate your nose.

I've been using this spray for quite some time. I Love It! I use it before bed. I spray then blow. Clears my passages before bed. During the winter months I use more frequently to moisturize in the dry climate.
