Aweson Bacon
I love tactical bacon. I shared with everyone, and the decision was unanimous. Great tasting. Would be great for a TEOTWAWKI scenario. More bacon than I expected. It is very greasy though. But not an issue considering it's bacon in a can. I will buy more and save for a few years before I eat it to see about the shelf life. I opened this can immediately so I could try it out. I will be adding this to all of my bug out bags.

Worth it
The only "dislike" would be that it's room temp. Otherwise delicious, smells good. I thought it would be like an MRE style food, instead it's actual quality bacon and fully worth the money if only for the gimmick.

Definitely Bacon
Tastes, smells and looks like regular bacon. Pieces are thinly sliced like fast food burger chains used to use before they started coming out with premium bacon sandwiches. Flavor is not as strong as most fresh bacon I've eaten but definitely bacony. CMMG logo and being featured in Day-Z make this somewhat an interesting novelty but definitely something most people would enjoy eating. I've bought both this and Yoders. They're exactly the same except the label. Is it great bacon? No, but I can't imagine something better coming out of a can. So if you like bacon and want to make sure you've got some available buy a few cans.

Tactical Bacon is good stuff!
Bought a case to check it out and then brought a can to work with some hot biscuits. Everyone was impressed with the ease, flavor, quantity in the can, and overall quality; this is some fantastic stuff. Gave a second can to a friend of mine that raises chickens and told him to cook a bacon and eggs breakfast for a dozen people and that he will be impressed. Thank you.

the best thing ive seen in a while
this is amazing. there is so much bacon in one can and it taste great. its hard to beat the taste of fresh cooked bacon but when you get this much and it all taste really well its a good deal. it last a long time and is great to take camping, hiking, or hunting and fishing.

Good Gift
Bought this as a gag gift because me and my cousin play an online game called, DayZ and it made for a very good birthday gift. I don't know how it would taste or work in a survival situation so no info on that but otherwise very cool.

IT'S BACON!!!!!
What more needs to be said about it other then it really is bacon, and it tastes great like all bacon does. It is well worth the money, and it is great for a camping trip, or a bug out bag. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves bacon like I do, and yes I will be purchasing more in the future.

Yuck!
While I would never turn down bacon in any way, shape or form; to me, the return just isn't worth it. Just getting it out of the can was a pain and my hands were so greasy it was hard to wash off. I would NEVER take this camping,as it would be too hard to dispose of the fat (of which there is a ton), which would attract a bear for miles. Trust me, I've been in the bush in Alaska and this would be too much for a bear to resist. Also, the quality of the bacon wasn't what I expected. I can buy several packs of that Oscar Meyer pre-cooked bacon for the price of one of these. Plus, with the OM, you can zip up the unused portion. I bought this out of curiosity, but it is too impractical for my purposes.
