For all of my life, I’ve dealt with thin fingernails that easily split or fold backwards. It’s incredibly annoying and often painful and occurred frequently. I was a skeptic on supplements for nail growth, but decided to give this one a try. I started noticing a difference in less than 2 weeks. I have continued to use them for a few months now. I used to experience split or bent nails every month, sometimes even multiple times in a month. Since taking this supplement (2 gummies daily) I haven’t had one split nor bent nail. I can feel the difference in strength when I press at the end of the nail. Now, I still don’t have super strong nails, but I have completely eliminated the painful and annoying results of my natural nails and for this I highly recommend this product. It even has a pleasant taste if you like grapefruit.

Used for a month.. probably helped? But for the price just meh and not a huge fan of the flavor. The gummies with berry flavors are far superior - so they really should reconsider doing these in something different. I use their Melatonin ones all the time and LOVE those.. these were sort of disappointing.
