Its a must have , just find the sweet spot for tightness . Been using it for 3 weeks and it has improved my sleep alot.

It's actually 100% blackout I'm pretty surprised by that. You have to position it in a certain way on your head but once you do that it is actually 100% blackout.

Nice quality materials it blacks out however the eye pads sometimes move slightly and there is some light bleed. I will try to latch it tighter. Wondering if the pads should have been a couple of millimetres wider? But I love the soft fabric and the rest is perfect

As the mask do not touch eyes, and allows customization for indiviudal eye position, it allows for good comfort and also is an healthy option for adults and kids.

Me gusta mucho este antifaz para dormir; lo uso a diario. Es muy suave, y se puede adaptar a la forma de tu cara, y al diá,etro de tu cabeza, sin ser de goma de las que se acaban pasando con los años. No te presiona los ojos, y no molesta en las pestañas, porque tiene un hueco en la parte interior. Creo que si vuelvo a necesitar uno, volveré a comprar esta marca. Además tienen más modelos!

I have found this to be the best sleep mask I have ever used by a very long way. This wasn't my first Manta sleep mask purchase. I had bought this in the past and was rather upset when it was lost- must have been eaten by the same creatures that eat my socks. It's not cheap, and I was hoping I could save a bit of money on trying out others that state 100% darkness. Some even came close, but still fell somewhat short. I even tried a clone - also purchased via Amazon - and it was vastly inferior. In the end, after a bit of a grumble and annoyance that I had wasted time and money on alternatives, I gave in and purchased this again. I should have just bought it again from the start... Seriously, this is excellent at blocking out light. The eye cups are soft and contour well around my eyes comfortably. They're deep enough that my eyelashes do not scrape against anything and I can open and move my eyes without pressure. The headstrap is also comfortable and rarely slips as I sleep. One thing to note is that it is bulky and may not be suitable for those that prefer to sleep on their front, though this is not a concern for me. Also, if you live with your partner, they may also make fun of how silly you look while wearing it - ignore them; the ridicule is worth it.
