I love this water bottle. I have been searching for a glass water bottle for quite some time to shift away from plastic use. This bottle is durable, convenient and I love the way it measures out how much water I’m drinking in a day. The cover keeps the bottle secure & from sweating. Although the bottle is very Durable, a couple months in someone kicked it over and it shattered. This company has a three month replacement policy and happily sent me a brand new bottle. I’ve purchased a second one because I love it so much!

My daughter is on the spectrum and has adhd and has a hard time remembering to drink water. This bottle has helped so much! She’s able to take it to University with her and keep it next to her when she is at home. She’s able to keep track of what she drinks and she loves the color. Unfortunately they are padded but not drop proof, so we are on our 3rd bottle. I will by more if this one breaks. Well worth it!

I researched water bottles for a long time. I wanted something that helped me drink more water, cute, and since I read that water tastes better in glass I wanted to give it a try. This water bottle did all the above! This water bottle helps me stay on track, it's super cute, and I agree water does taste better in glass. Unfortunately, my bottle shattered on the bell cart on the way to our hotel room by the bellman. I reached out to the company and explained my situation and they said they'd send me a new one! I was so sad because I had been so careful not to break it but was happy to hear it would be replaced. It's silly but for something you use daily it's important to love it and honestly this is my favorite water bottle!

While the first water bottle broke after a few weeks, and was dropped once, they were very prompt to send a replacement. It is an excellent water bottle, stays the same temperature for a while does not leak, is fairly easy to clean, and doesn't get the weird aftertaste that metal water bottles inevitably get. Having the time of day on it is helpful to remember to drink, and the cover color was accurate to the description and image. Be careful not to accidentally drop it, since it can easily shatter, but other than that, it is perfect, and I recommend it!

Great bottle. Cushioned sleeve keeps it from breaking and I feel good about the size and glass so I’m not absorbing any more microplastics than necessary!

I actually loved the grey equivalent I bought over a year ago so much that I bought a white backup bottle to use in my office and I wanted a bottle with paint ticks (as they inevitably will wear off). This white bottle, however, literally cracked a perfect circular crack around the entire bottle base all the while--no joke--sitting still and ignored for hours on a desk. The bottle was filled with tap water cold faucet water. The crack was so loud I thought my glass desk broke, but it was the bottle itself. If it weren't wrapped in silicone, I reckon it would have exploded and destroyed my laptops and electronic peripherals, and I could have been hurt as well. The cost of damage if not for the silicone would have been thousands in an instant, so think about that before dropping 19.99.All that said, if it weren't for the sudden leaking--I would still be examining my desk. I'm still trying to figure out what happened as I'm not sure if the bottom just cracked or if it actually separated itself from the rest of the bottle. I had to pour the water out to see the crack and I'm not sure if my photo captured it properly (my phone cam quality is as rubbish as my skills as a photographer)I've never seen anything like this before, and I regret that I didn't use this bottle enough to discover the defect before the return window. I asked for a replacement, but Amazon offered to refund instead. However, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee. If you find yourself in this situation, quick tip: never pay a restocking fee for a defective product if you paid with a card--your card should protect you for longer than the thirty day window for defective products. I'll be doing a chargeback. I also cancelled my replacement order until I'm refunded.And yes, I will get a replacement, because I'm pretty sure I just got a lemon as my grey pro-bottle which I use religiously works fine. I took an extra photo to prove this However, I intend to use the next white bottle I purchase hard for 30 days to determine if the product quality has changed. Because if this wasn't a fluke, then I can only assume that either ProBottle is no longer a trustworthy or safe product or else that state of physics has changed and now still tap water is a volatile glass-breaking material which--in either case--I can only recommend that you stay far far away from this product and save yourself the cost, the hassle, and the danger.

I've been looking for a glass equivalent for a water tracker bottle for a while, and this product nails it.Pros:- it's glass so it beats any plastic tracking bottle hands down- borosilicate glass instead of the cheap looking soda-lime (green) glass- excellent design and sleek style- the silicone sleeve is easy to grasp and non-slip- bottle cleaner included (although a stylish bamboo handle bottle cleaner would have been worth a few extra bucks).- bamboo lid instead of a metal lid is a nice touchCons- the silicone casing has an off-putting odor (maybe a few washings might fix this)- I'm pretty sure the cord on the bamboo lid is going to break so I wouldn't recommend carrying it that way- the text on the glass looks cheaply done so I wouldn't recommend leaving this water or dishwashing for extended periodsOverall, this is a great product. I will probably buy another as a back up or keep one in my office when we return back to work in 2022. If your trying to improve your health and drink more water, I would strongly recommend this product. As humans, we are motivated by goals and visualizing the drinking progression encourages more water intake. 1.5L of water used to be a daunting daily task and drinking too much water at once isn't proper hydration. This stylish glass tracker bottle will help keep you hydrated the right way and will keep you motivated until drinking 2L of water becomes a natural habit. Kudos to the designers.

Bought this for my spouse who loved it. Issue was that I loved it as well and took it from her :)Been using it for 4 months, looks great and seems durable so far. Rubber case has a great grip and green colour looks great.Bottle is narrow enough to keep it simple to drink from considering the size and weight. Time markers are useful and make drinking from this bottle fun.Cleaning the bottle neck and inside is simple, but I've only used it for water. I was worried about the rubber case but had no issue so far.Only thing left to do is buy one for my spouse, again :D

This bottle is very beautiful. Really good choice if you don’t want to go plastic or aluminum. The silicone sleeve helps to protect the bottle and also gives a great pop of colour. My bottle did end up breaking, which being glass we know is a big possibility. I wrote the seller and they we super helpful and honoured their warranty offer with no issues. I’ve brought glass bottles before and when it they broke it that was that. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this bottle to anyone wanting to go for glass.

Great quality! Looks GREAT in navy blue. Only wished the mouth of the bottle would be a bit bigger. I enjoy adding lemon slices etc. to my water and I wouldn’t be able to get it out. 😳😄Love it though !!Love the cleaning brush as well.
