I would think B and C are medium width. I bought these shoes and I am very pleased with the fit and comfort. I wear a B width the strap makes them adjustable.

For the size guide, it’s really confusing to know your correct size. I appreciate that the seller put the conversion in US size when checking out. The shoes is really comfortable. Perfect fit.
