Excellent. Quite easy to understand.

Does what it says. However a bit inconsiderate to provide a big button phone but the instruction manual is in size 8 font!!

Great phone clear and precise and sound levels very good

I have bought two of these thinking they would assist both my mother and mother-in-law. How wrong could I be. The sound quality is appalling given they are for use with hard of hearing. I continually had to put it back to the max volume setting as it always appeared to revert back to the lower hearing setting. If your buying for confused people, don't bother as again they do not live up to the expectations of being easy to use. They are not intuitive by any degree to set up, as I learned and spent may happy hours on end reading and re reading the very complicated instructions to them set up. My mother-in-law has sadly past away and although the telephones are only about five months old, They are going in the bin because in all honestly I don't want to inflict the uselessness of this product on any one else. What more can I say.

In theory a great idea, but the buttons are fiddly and hard to insert pictures or numbers. My one has a faulty call cease button. After several attempts cannot get anyone in technical debt to answer. Despite their messages on opening hours it's never manned! So far a bad experience - ongoing!
