I like that this product is inexpensive, that it is compact, and it is easy to use and works well for a while. After a few months of using it multiple times a day, it started malfunctioning. It would freeze even though the DVD was brand new, and one time the aspect ratio was weird. The last time it froze, it kept opening and closing the tray by itself even when turned off and wouldn't play anymore. I wrote to the email address on the DVD player for technical support and I got a response right away. They are sending me a new DVD player to replace the other one because it is still under warranty. I am very impressed by the customer service!

We ordered two of those DVD players I had trouble with one and was going to send it back and thought I fixed the problem. We purchased them last year in January in a couple months later another one of them .the door will not open up and not functioning properly .Dissatisfied with this product. Both dvds plays don’t open

Seems to work fine. Controls are funky, but after trial and error I usually see what I want to.

This DVD player was perfect! I was needing something small and this was the best bang for my buck. The size is just right, and it was perfect for playability. Picture quality was great and I was super happy with my purchase!

Awful product I do NOT recommend purchasing this. I had one sent to a family member who lives far from me and who is also a senior. The dvd player was giving an error stating that it did not play Blu-ray and it was a normal dvd we put into the player needless to say after many different attempts with different discs this thing was a piece of junk and I had to figure out how to get it sent back to Amazon which was another fiasco in itself. I spent alot of time reading reviews before but chasing this and still it was awful. Come to find out the reviews are combined with products that aren’t even the one your thinking your reading about! I am not impressed I am honestly super frustrated about it. Do Not Buy This !!!

I purchased this DVD player 2 months ago and it worked fine for a month. The disc component will no longer open and I can not play any DVDs. It sucks!!!
