What you got is not what they show in the picture both in terms of packing and smell.New product under the same name that does not relate to the inintiak one.I felt I was mislead.

My boyfriend has been trying to find this for years. It was his favourite cologne years ago. He was so thrilled that I was able to find it for him. It smells great!

I've used this scent for years & it gets you noticed. Forget everything you've smelt in recent years as nothing is even similar to this. One on its own but wouldn't recommend a teenager wear it! Definately a more refined scent a slightly maturer male would wear but definately not a turn off like Brut or Old Spice. People comment & ask what it is all the time. You only need a small amount as too much is over powering especially the eau de toilette spray. The splash on after shave although supposedly the same scent has a much warmer, sweeter woodier tone. Again only a little needed especially as it's twice the price but it does last the day. Some reviews say old fashioned but I say more like a expensive oak matured whisky. Reviews that say old fashioned obviously preferred lynx africa body spray in 1995 & have no appreciation for the finer more refined things in life. They're still mixing the rouge which speaks for itself after 23 years. Never fails to tantalize the nose budz! Some may argue they're still making Lynx Africa but who admits to wearing it!? Givenchy Pye is also a nice scent. Scents of the woodlands. Not as sweet but still makes peoples noses follow you down the tram to ask what it is you're wearing! Just like the rouge if they're not hitting on you they want to buy it for their partners/husbands...

Givenchy has been one of my preferred brands of fragrances for some time. I now have 6x different Givenchy fragrances, from this older one and the venerable 'Pour Homme' with the tall maroon topped bottle, through two of the 'Very Irresistible' flavours, right up to the new 'Gentleman'. They are all very distinctive and carry a level of fragrance that invites comments from friends and coworkers. I am not a fan of their 'Pi' range, but that's the only Givenchy fragrance strand that I don't like. Xeryus Rouge crossed my nose several months ago when I was on the look out for a new smell, and I would initially have passed it off due to its slightly outdated appearance, not to mention that it is not sold in many places. An initial spray gave me a slightly puzzling reaction, but once it settled it really grew on me, and its Givenchy roots became clearer. I have certainlly never smelt it before and nobody I know has either, so it has that uniqueness that I like. Just because a fragrance is 'older' doesn't make it any less desirable to a modern man. Shopping around I found it on Amazon for c. £40 for the 100ml which is very excellent for money.

i have been using this aftershave lotion for a number of years now and the aftershave lotion smell is excellent,i would give this aftershave 10 out of 10,the price is great as i have been paying more in other shops before i found the price on amazon was much cheaper.
