This product has the wavelengths that provide healing effects
The lamp needs to provide more stability when it is raised or moved downward. On the positive side, the lamp provides the two wavelengths that many studies have shown provide healing for many health problems. The lengths are 850nm and 660nm. Studies also show that red light therapy instruments need at least 30W. Power. This lamp has 36W.The main challenge that our nation faces in re. red light therapy includes the need for our citizens and health care workers to learn the substantial scientific findings that already exist. Red light therapy is revolutionizing our understanding of biology, longevity and human well-being. One of the main findings is the need to expose as much bare skin as possible to proper red light treatment. The name used for this is whole body therapy. The lamp at issue here allows home treatment of limited areas like a knee or shoulder. In addition to this lamp I have a broad red light therapy belt that I use once or twice a day to effectively control back pain.I also have setup an instrument that will allow full body therapy, hopefully once a day.

As described, does it work for therapy? Not sure.
This is bright, seems fairly well-made, and seems to do what they say it will. Not sure if this therapy aspect is real and/or if this light will actually work for that purpose, but as of now it's what I expected in a good way. The clamp really is pretty worthless as it can't support the weight of the light, but I do like that I can move this places without having to unscrew it from a socket.

It's good
I just wish the bulb wasn't so heavy . Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Great Light
Works for me, I have noticed substantial skin health improvements from lifelong skin ailments at 39. Would recommend to others to try it themselves to see. Cold showers are underrated as well. I start hot and then end a cold as I can take it.

Excellent quality vs. cost!
I’ve just started using the light, but in terms of durability and quality, it’s quite great! I wasn’t expecting much since it was so inexpensive but I am overall very pleased. Still need time to see results

Not worth it. The holder is defective.
The bulb is great but mine arrived with the holder already broken at the point where the metal meets the plastic clip. So it was not usable.(I'm wondering if I was shipped someone's broken return item.)Don't know so I will be returning it. Shoddy manufacturing. It's a shame and causes countless hours of people having to trek to a drop off center to return items. If you make it right the first time, I don't mind paying a bit more for something that doesn't break.

Arthritis Relief by Accident
I hung this on the back of my bathroom door to use on my face. The first time I used it I was worried about the infrared messing with implants, so I was trying to cover my chest with my hands (I know that was not going to help, but it was my natural instinct). I've had arthritis in my knuckles and finger joints for 20+ years (sore/stiff ALL THE TIME), and after that first session (about 10 min), I don't know if it did anything for my face but I noticed almost immediately that my hands didn't hurt anymore! When they started feeling stiff again, I put my hands up there again (intentionally this time), and sure enough...it worked (pain went away). *Still don't know if it's doing anything for my face LOL, but this unexpected benefit has made me a satisfied customer, no doubt.

Returned it
Maybe I didn’t use it long enough.. but after a few days I saw no improvement with my leg..it’s also heavy and awkward so your either holding it (which gets old and tiresome) or you clamp it onto something and hope it doesn’t fall off and shatter.. either way- not super relaxing in either scenario..
