Good heavy neoprene material and nicely packaged. I used a 12 in wide by 4 foot piece thickest material to make a new splash shield cover or engine skirt for my old toyota pickup truck. They dont make them anymore so I made a template and traced it onto this neoprene. It worked terfficly and I will buy some more to make radiator/condenser shrouds that are missing from previous owner. This is exactly the stuff I was looking for. Thank you! Ordered a second piece because the first one turned out so nicely. Made a driver side slash shield and now the engine bay is protected. It has not changed shape due to heat, or torn or cracked at all… I have driven about 100 miles so far. Awesome!!!

Works great to cushion parts.

I was looking for a little bit softer, non-slip surface. This is a dense hard rubber that is not going to work for my application. The product itself would be fine for industrial, heavy-duty use. Hopefully I'll find a use for this on another project. I would recommend this for factory or shop use, would work well to dampen noise of heavy machinery etc. and should adhere nicely to most any clean surface.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought for my father. Said it worked perfectly for his project. Great value.

For years I have worked as a mechanic using all types of gasket materials as well as many types of seals. This material is brittle. If the application needs a flexible, durable product this is not one to use. The material only stretches slightly before it breaks. Very strange characteristics. I am using on an application. I will follow up after the material is used.

This works great for things that you have to get into tight places and have to bend it.

I used this to protect my truck's canopy from scratches caused by the bed clamp. Very good and easy to work on.

Works but the shop smells like rubber all the time.
